We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology strategy, innovation agenda, and digital platform evolution across the business. Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience as a CTO, Technology Director, VP Technology, or senior technology leader within a media, broadcasting, digital content, publishing, streaming, or consumer digital business Strong background leading software engineering, architecture, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital product teams Experience delivering large scale digital transformation and modernisation programmes Strong understanding of content management systems, digital platforms, mobile applications, audience analytics, advertising technologies, subscription platforms, or streaming technologies Experience building and scaling high performing technology organisations Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align technology investments to business outcomes Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
