Civil Site Foreman

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality standards and project schedules. Coordinate civil and MEP works to avoid conflicts during construction. Supervise subcontractors and site labor while ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements. Prepare and submit daily site progress reports to the Project Management team. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 4 years of experience supervising the construction of residential villas. Proven experience in reinforced concrete works, finishing works, and villa infrastructure works. Good knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works, with the ability to coordinate MEP activities with civil construction works. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and supervise site execution in accordance with project specifications and schedules. Sound knowledge of quality standards, health, and safety regulations on construction sites. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site workers. Previous work experience in the UAE is preferred. A valid UAE driving license is preferred. Available to join immediately or on short notice.
