Civil Supervisor

Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety protocols. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, preventing project delays. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with engineering standards. Facilitate communication between project managers, engineers, and field workers to resolve issues and optimize workflow. Maintain detailed records of project progress, daily reports, and incident logs to provide transparency and accountability. Implement effective safety measures and conduct safety training sessions to minimize workplace hazards and accidents. Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently. Review and interpret engineering drawings and plans, providing guidance to teams for accurate execution. Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards throughout the construction process. Lead problem-solving efforts on-site, swiftly addressing any challenges to keep the project on track.
