Cold Calling Executive / Appointment Setter

Make outbound calls to prospective clients. Introduce WillCrest and our UAE Will Registration services. Explain the basic purpose of the service using the company-provided calling script and training. Identify interested and relevant prospects. Schedule qualified appointments for the consultant. Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and appointments. Communicate professionally and confidently with prospective clients. Achieve agreed calling and appointment-setting targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 6 months of experience in cold calling, telesales, telecalling, appointment setting or a similar calling-based role. Strong verbal communication skills. Confident and comfortable speaking with new prospects over the phone. Good follow-up and persuasion skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Basic English communication is required; additional languages can be an advantage. UAE market calling experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Employment Type Full-time
