Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially astute Commercial Manager to oversee all Estimation Quote approval, contractual aspects and sales department of our interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing project budgets, client contracts, procurement, cost control, risk management, and overall commercial strategy to ensure profitability and compliance. Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular financial reviews and value engineering exercises. Work closely with project managers, site teams, and estimators to ensure accurate cost reporting and forecasting. Support tendering processes including pricing, risk assessments, and bid submissions. Attend project meetings and provide commercial input.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in related field. Minimum 7–10 years of commercial management experience, preferably in the interior fit-out or construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction contracts Proven experience in budgeting, procurement, and cost control. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools, and cost control software. Employment Type Full-time
