Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Role of the Concierge Supervisor As a concierge supervisor, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of a concierge desk in a hotel. Your responsibilities go beyond simply managing a team you are also the main point of contact for guests, providing them with valuable information and exceptional service. Oversee the concierge team, ensuring that they are well-trained, knowledgeable, and capable of delivering exceptional customer service. You provide guidance and support to your team members to ensure that they have the necessary tools to assist guests effectively. In addition to managing your team, you also directly interact with customers on a daily basis. Guests rely on you for answers to their queries, whether it be about local attractions, events or providing recommendations for dining or entertainment options. Your role as a concierge supervisor requires you to possess extensive knowledge about the surrounding area and be up-to-date with current trends and attractions. Reservation services are another crucial aspect of your job. Guests often turn to you for assistance in making reservations at restaurants, booking transportation or securing tickets for various activities. Your ability to efficiently make these arrangements comes from your expertise in understanding guest preferences and needs. As a concierge supervisor, you oversee guest luggage handling services. This includes ensuring proper storage and delivery while maintaining utmost security and professionalism. Area of responsibility is Concierge. Food & Beverage The hotel offers three exceptional restaurant venues, collectively offering a seating capacity of 250 guests. Our event facilities, with a mix of Ballroom and Meeting Rooms offer a remarkable 7,213 square meters (77,640 square feet) of space, making them the perfect choice for a wide range of events. SPA and Wellness Nestled within our establishment, our world-class spa offers an array of indulgence across 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 treatment room designed exclusively for female guests. This haven of rejuvenation also encompasses high end facilities and a meticulously outfitted fitness center. Knowledge and Skills 3 years of front office or related work experience is preferred. Previous experience with Opera PMS preferred. Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport is required Current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates, and those with prior experience in a luxury hotel/environment will receive priority consideration. Strong command of the English language, both written and oral are required Excellent commitment to service and teamwork. Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Concierge's to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays..
