Construction Logistics Manager

Develop and implement comprehensive logistics plans that ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites while minimizing costs. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and site managers, to streamline supply chain processes and enhance communication. Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels of construction materials while preventing overstock or wastage. Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments in real-time, providing updates and resolving any delays promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field is required. Minimum 10+ years of experience in logistics management within the UAE construction industry, with extensive knowledge of construction site logistics, material movement, and operational planning. Certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable to enhance leadership credibility. Proven experience with logistics software, including ERP systems and inventory management tools, to streamline operations effectively. Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
