Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Position Details Position: Project Manager Employment Type: Full-time Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Construction / Real Estate Experience Required: 15+ years (Minimum 10 years of UAE construction experience) About the Company A well-established construction organization in Dubai with a workforce of over 200 employees, specializing in the execution of residential, commercial, industrial, warehouse, and villa construction projects. The company is known for delivering high-quality projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete lifecycle of construction projects from planning to handover. Oversee villas, warehouses, residential, and commercial construction projects. Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and overall execution. Lead site teams, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Prepare project progress reports and manage project risks effectively. Desired Candidate Profile Key Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Minimum 15 years of overall construction project management experience. At least 10 years of UAE construction experience. Experience managing residential, commercial, warehouse, and villa construction projects. Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and project management practices. Working Days & Timings - Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturday: Half Day) Benefits Benefits as per UAE Labour Law (Self benefits only).
