Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Understand current operations, map as-is processes and identify control, visibility and system gaps. Design to-be processes and prepare implementation blueprints, SOP inputs, BRDs, functional requirements and acceptance criteria. Define report structures, departmental KPIs and management dashboard requirements with clear data ownership. Coordinate with ERP/application developers, clarify requirements, control scope and track issues through closure. Prepare and validate master-data templates; support cleansing, migration, reconciliation and business sign-off. Plan and execute UAT, maintain requirement traceability and ensure defects are resolved before go-live. Conduct user training, support adoption, manage stabilization, fine-tuning and formal handover. Maintain project documentation, action trackers, decisions, risks and timely escalation to the Project Manager. Travel and work at client locations during discovery, implementation and stabilization phases. Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years in ERP implementation, functional consulting, business analysis, process consulting or digital transformation; minimum 3 years in client-facing implementation work. ERP/Business Applications (Oracle; Infor, SAP Business One, Dynamics, Sage, ERPNext or equivalent acceptable) MS office and project tracking tools.
