Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Content Creator will be expected to prepare and present: Weekly content performance updates Monthly content performance reports Monthly comparison of actual results vs. targets Platform-wise performance analysis Top-performing and underperforming content analysis Recommendations for improving engagement and conversions Monthly content production and publishing report Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, Digital Content Specialist, or similar role. Must currently be based in the UAE. Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Experience creating short-form video/Reels and social media content. Good photography, videography, editing, and copywriting skills. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting. Ability to work with numbers, analyze KPIs, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. A portfolio of previous content work is required.
