Contracting Data Analyst

• Contracting Analytics & Reporting Analyze hotel contracts, rates, allotments, stop sales, releases, and pricing performance. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly contracting and supplier performance reports. Monitor key KPIs including available allotments, utilization rates, competitiveness, margins, and revenue contribution. Identify pricing discrepancies, contracting risks, and business opportunities. Support forecasting and commercial planning through contract and market performance analysis. 2. Contracting Systems & Data Management Maintain and validate contracting data across internal systems and supplier platforms. Monitor contract loading accuracy, rates, supplements, offers, allotments, and stop sales. Investigate and resolve contract, pricing, and data discrepancies. Ensure accurate and timely updates of hotel agreements and related data. Collaborate with Contracting, Revenue, Yielding, and IT teams to improve data quality and reporting efficiency. 3. Performance Monitoring & Insights Track hotel performance, market competitiveness, margin trends, and supplier utilization. Analyze destination, hotel, and source market performance. Identify underperforming contracts and opportunities for optimization. Provide actionable insights to Contracting, Revenue, Yielding, and Commercial teams. Support negotiations by providing data-driven analysis and recommendations. 4. Coordination & Communication Work closely with Contracting, Revenue, Yielding, Commercial, Reservations, and Finance teams. Present performance insights and recommendations to management. Support strategic decision-making through reliable data analysis and reporting. Assist stakeholders in understanding contract performance, pricing trends, and business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education Bachelor's Degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience 2-3 years of experience in Contracting, Revenue Management, Yielding, Tourism Analytics, or Hotel Operations is a must. Experience working with hotel contracts, pricing structures, allotments, and tourism systems is highly preferred. Languages Strong English communication skills (B2-C1). Additional languages are an advantage. Technical Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards, Advanced Formulas). Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools. Knowledge of contracting systems, tourism ERP systems, and hotel contracting processes. Strong analytical, reporting, and data validation skills. Understanding of hotel pricing, allotments, release periods, stop sales, and margin analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office applications. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and commercial opportunities.
