Cooler Technician

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Install, service, repair, and sanitize water coolers and related equipment. Attend customer service requests and resolve technical issues within assigned timelines. Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability. Diagnose and repair coolers both on-site and in the workshop. Support the Sales team with installations and customer technical requirements. Maintain accurate service reports and daily activity records. Ensure proper upkeep of company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Comply with HSSE policies and report any incidents or unsafe conditions promptly. Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professional conduct. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or High School qualification in a technical discipline. Minimum 2 years' experience in cooler, refrigeration, or similar equipment maintenance. Valid UAE Driving License with good knowledge of UAE roads. Strong troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance skills. Good communication skills in English; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage. Customer-focused, proactive, well-groomed, and able to work independently.
