Cost Control Officer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain project cost estimates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives. Monitor ongoing project expenditures against budgets and provide timely reports to management. Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual costs, proposing corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate with project managers to prepare cost forecasts and financial projections for ongoing and future projects. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are a plus. Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or project management. Proficiency in cost management software and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
