Cost Estimator - MEP

Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates, including material take-offs, labour, subcontractor, and equipment costs Analyse tender drawings, specifications, bills of quantities (BOQ), and scope documents Conduct site visits to understand project conditions and identify risk items Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations Develop and maintain pricing databases, rate libraries, and unit cost benchmarks Collaborate with project engineers and procurement teams for up-to-date costs of equipment & materials. Prepare tender submissions, bid clarifications, and post-tender negotiations. Support value engineering exercises to optimise cost without compromising quality Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications. Excellent numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work on tight deadlines for tenders for multiple tenders. Qualification : Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) Desired Candidate Profile 2+ yrs of experience in MEP Estimation in a construction sector in UAE Employment Type Full-time
