CRM Solution Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are hiring on behalf of a large multinational organisation investing in its enterprise CRM platform in Egypt. The role sits within a digital customer and consumer team and owns the end-to-end design of the Dynamics 365 CRM landscape. It suits an architect who wants to shape long-term platform direction, not just deliver individual features, in a mature enterprise environment. What the Role Involves You will design end-to-end solutions across the functional and technical layers of a D365 CRM platform, keeping it stable, performant, and compliant with enterprise architecture principles. Working closely with product teams, business partners, and the wider architecture community, you will translate requirements into high-level design, guide the roadmap, and make sure the platform integrates cleanly with cloud and backend systems. Day to day, you will: Capture requirements with product and business teams and turn them into high-level solution design, flagging prerequisites, risks, and performance impact. Create and maintain solution design for D365 customer engagement apps on the Power Platform, including mobile-first features. Design supporting web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, and Node.js. Document architecture using TOGAF principles and Azure DevOps Wiki. Ensure clean integration with cloud solutions and SAP ERP backends, working with integration and ops teams. Partner with the platform architect on performance improvements and new functionality. Contribute to RFI and RFP assessments with technical analysis and recommendations. Champion SAFe Agile, CI/CD, and DevSecOps across the product lifecycle. Desired Candidate Profile What We Are Looking For University degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 5+ years as a Senior Developer, Solution Architect, or Business Analyst across Microsoft D365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service, in B2B or B2C. FMCG background is a plus. Architecture experience using SOA patterns and the TOGAF framework or similar. Hands-on D365 CRM, with integration to SAP ERP or similar. Strong web development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, Node.js. Solid grounding in .NET and C#, custom PCF development, advanced SQL, and Azure services (Data Factory, Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub, Application Insights). Experience with hybrid hosting models (on-premise and cloud: Azure, AWS) across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines (ALM), unit and load testing (Playwright, JMeter). Strong Agile delivery experience; SAFe is an advantage. Cloud or D365 architecture certifications well regarded. English proficiency essential. Compensation and Benefits Monthly gross salary: EGP 114,500 to 125,000, plus a 15% annual bonus and 13th and 14th month salary.
