Customer Digital Engagement Sr. Analyst

Job Purpose : To support the enhancement of customer engagement across digital channels by monitoring customer interactions, analyzing digital performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to initiatives that improve customer experience and adoption of digital services. Key Activities, Responsibilities and Accountabilities : Monitor customer interactions and engagement across digital channels, including mobile applications and websites Analyze customer behavior, digital usage trends, and engagement metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Prepare reports related to digital engagement, customer feedback, and service utilization. Monitor customer feedback and digital service performance and recommend corrective actions when needed. Collaborate with marketing and other product teams to enhance digital engagement strategies and campaigns. Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) to track performance and generate insights. Identify gaps in the customer journey and propose improvements to enhance the overall user experience. Conduct continuous performance evaluations to improve digital initiatives and increase efficiency.

Experience

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Systems or related field. 2-3 Years in relevant field.
