Customer Support Assistant

Serve as the primary point of contact, expertly resolving customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with speed and accuracy. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions to ensure seamless product usage. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, meticulously maintaining accurate records. Educate customers on product features and benefits, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
