Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction. Verify and update customer records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy policies. Generate reports on customer interactions, data trends, and support ticket resolutions to inform business decisions. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred. Proven experience in customer support and data entry roles (1-3 years). Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional typing speed and accuracy, with a keen eye for detail.
