Job Description

(Product Analytics) (Business Intelligence).

Responsibilities

• Utilizing SQL for complex data extraction and analysis, including complex joins and aggregations
• Developing and maintaining dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase
• Implementing and managing tracking plans and event definitions
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy
• Performing data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for product improvement
• Contributing to data warehousing modeling using tools like dbt
• Ensuring data privacy and compliance with regulations (PDPL)

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and aggregations
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase
• Familiarity with Python, R, or SQL for data analysis
• Understanding of tracking plans and event implementation
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools like dbt is a plus
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (PDPL)
• Experience in the Marketplace or HR Tech industry is advantageous
