Data Entry Clerk

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems. Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies before entry. Organize, scan, and file documents both electronically and physically. Prepare reports and maintain records as required. Ensure confidentiality and security of company information. Coordinate with team members to collect and update required information. Meet daily and weekly data entry targets while maintaining accuracy. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree is an advantage. Previous experience in data entry, administration, or office support preferred. Good typing speed with high accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of office procedures and record keeping.
