Data & Operations Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a Data & Operations Executive responsible for managing data analysis, reporting dashboards, patient communication. This role bridges analytics with day-to-day operations and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Data & Analytics Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI Handle data entry using Excel , and Google Sheets Analyze business and patient data to generate actionable insights Create and manage reports using pivot tables , formulas, and automation Work with databases using SQL Perform data cleaning and transformation using Python (preferred) CRM & Patient Communication Handle patient conversations Book, reschedule, and manage appointments Maintain accurate patient records and follow-ups Ensure professional and timely communication Desired Candidate Profile Strong Excel & Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables) Strong Power BI (dashboard creation) Strong SQL (queries, data extraction) Basic to intermediate Python for data handling Experience with CRM systems Good written communication skills (English required) Ability to multitask between analytical and operational work Preferred Experience in healthcare or clinics Experience with marketing automation tools Familiarity with data visualization best practices Company Industry MedicalHealthcareDiagnosticsMedical Devices Department / Functional Area Data EntryOperationsBack Office Processing Keywords Data & Operations Executive Get real-time job updates only on our App
