Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.High knowledge about marketing strategies like:Content marketing like podcasts, social media, videos, and knowledge about the elements of a successful content strategy (target, audience, clear goals, metrics to measure).Email marketing and all its types like transactional emails, promotional emails, retention emails, and email newsletters.Website optimization and improving its performance.Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals, and know how to use ROI. Know the ratio of the net profit and the costs that shows the real effect that advertising efforts have on the business (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the digital marketing team's SEO efforts and performance, (CTR): the number of clicks that the ad receives divided by the number of times the ad is shown how the keywords, ads, and free listings are performing; (PPC): knowledge to use Paid advertising, which is on the internet. Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimise the user experience.Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.Qualifications:Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.Proficient in marketing automation tools.Strong project management skills, Strategic Thinking, Data Analysis, Paid Social Advertising, Copywriting, Knowledge of the free tools available, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement, follow industry leaders and influencers, attend digital marketing conferences and events, collaborate with other professionals and brands, and experiment with new marketing techniques.Analyse nearly finished product samples daily for quality, durability, safety, and known product specifications before the final stage of production and knowledge to use (Hubspot and Dreamdata), which are used to measure the campaign's performance.Know how to track the website traffic flow and also how to use Google Analytics, Hotjar, or any other website traffic tracking tool.Know how to analyse Market demand is like seeing the most popular content relevant to our business that people are consuming and the key questions the buyers are asking online about the products and services.Knowing the target audience and how to reach them.Seek answers and information regarding customer or in-house problems with product quality or performance by investigating all parts of the production process.Ensure that during all parts of the production schedule, the product meets all guidelines related to federal, state, and local regulations that pertain to the industry.Putting plans for the campaigns (A/B) with deadlines and having knowledge of different types of campaigns like seasonal push campaigns, product launch campaigns, brand awareness campaigns, rebranding campaigns, brand launch campaigns, contest marketing campaigns, and email marketing campaignsAct as a point of contact between the highest management and the clients.
