Digital Media Specialist (UAE National)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Provide technical expertise across all media fields and media content creation, supporting the achievement of the Authority's vision and objectives and strengthening its institutional identity consistently and effectively. Prepare and develop advanced media and digital content (media copy, interactive content, visual materials, videos, infographics) that reflects the Authority's initiatives and activities with a high standard of professional quality. Oversee daily digital publishing across approved channels (website, social media platforms, digital newsletters), organize editorial calendars, and monitor compliance with timelines and media standards. Participate in planning and implementing digital media campaigns, awareness initiatives and official events at the emirate level, in coordination with relevant entities. Coordinate with internal teams, government entities and partners to collect and analyze information and media materials, and convert them into digital content suitable for publication. Review news, media materials and executive statements, and conduct a technical review of them before submission for approval in accordance with the approved administrative hierarchy. Organize and carry out digital media coverage of events and programs, including overseeing the quality of published content during and after events. Provide specialized technical support in media and digital content fields to relevant teams, in line with approved policies and directives. Track, monitor and analyze key performance indicators for digital content (reach, engagement, distribution), and prepare concise periodic reports including observations and improvement opportunities. Contribute to developing and improving the Authority's digital media channels by proposing development ideas and innovative content in line with government digital media directions. Ensure that media content complies with media policies, institutional identity guidelines, and standards approved at the emirate level. Provide media support in special or sensitive media situations, in coordination with the direct manager and the institutional communication team. Participate in preparing and implementing media materials for occasions and events held jointly with other government entities at the emirate level. Follow up on the implementation of feedback and directives issued by the direct manager, and ensure they are applied accurately and with quality. Contribute to documenting media achievements and digital content within performance and institutional excellence files. Fully comply with approved policies, regulations and procedures, including information security policies, data protection, and media content confidentiality. Carry out any other duties assigned by the direct manager. Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Digital Marketing, International Relations, or any related discipline. 5-7 years of practical experience in the field of specialization. Master's degree in Media, Communications, Digital Marketing, International Relations, or any related discipline. 3-5 years of practical experience in the field of specialization. PhD in Financial Sciences, Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or any related discipline. 0-2 years of practical experience in the field of specialization.
