Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Team You Will Join This team is responsible for leading and growing MetLife's Agency Distribution business. Working closely with agents and agency leaders, the team drives sales growth, recruitment, productivity, and retention through effective coaching, field engagement, and performance management. The team also ensures sales quality, compliance with company policies, and the protection of MetLife's brand and reputation. How You'll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities) Lead, coach, and motivate agency teams to achieve business targets. Drive sales growth, recruitment, productivity, and retention. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives. Analyze performance data and implement corrective actions. Ensure sales quality, compliance, and adherence to company policies. Support field training and joint sales activities. Build strong relationships with agents, agency leaders, and key stakeholders. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of Sales Management experience. Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills. Experience using data analytics and performance metrics to drive sales results. Financial Services or Insurance industry experience preferred.
