Director, Digital Engineering

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Define and execute digital engineering and platform strategy aligned with organisational priorities Lead end-to-end development of large-scale platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability Oversee architecture, systems integration, and engineering delivery across multiple environments Drive adoption of modern engineering practices (Agile, DevOps, cloud-based architectures) Ensure strong data governance, security, and compliance standards Monitor platform performance and optimise through continuous improvement and data insights Manage departmental budgets, resources, and delivery performance Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners across a complex ecosystem Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams, driving accountability and performance Support transformation initiatives and drive adoption of new technologies Desired Candidate Profile UAE National (Family Book required) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field 10+ years' experience in digital engineering, platform development, or enterprise technology environments Proven leadership of large-scale platform or system delivery Strong experience in architecture, integration, and scalable systems design Track record of leading and developing engineering teams Strong stakeholder management across complex, multi-entity environments Exposure to modern engineering ecosystems (cloud, microservices, DevOps) Company Industry ConsultingManagement ConsultingAdvisory Services Department / Functional Area Engineering Keywords DirectorDigital Engineering Get real-time job updates only on our App
