Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Operations Management Managing and overseeing cleaners assigned jobs at client location during day or night shift to ensure work is per standards. Handling staff queries and routing to HR as and when required, Responsible for supporting generating leads and from existing clients as per line manager. Conduct commercial site and outdoor site inspections. Visit new clients as per inquiry received from Sales Department and under the requirement. Monitor the daily staff attendance is as per schedule and submit report to CSD. Timely inform HR about the staff who breached company policies, grooming standards, frequent absenteeism and misconduct. Supervise all the Boutiques, Residential, Offices, Events & Special Projects Coordination with CSD department for any changes in schedules, site visits & projects. Inspection of company vehicles and make sure it is properly maintained. Stakeholder Management Respond to customer complaints ensuring proper handling to achieve excellent customer satisfaction. Supervising the client locations to collect feedback about the service. Team Leadership and Development Conducting Performance reviews of the team to as per periodic cycle and share with HR. Recommend staff development training to HR in view of performance gap. Conduct classroom and practical training for new hires on cleaning subjects. Reports Monthly meeting, reports, and daily routines reports. Desired Candidate Profile JOB REQUIREMENTS Relevant experience of 5-6 years. Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle to support client meetings and business development activities. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree and master’s Degree is a must.
