Document Controller- Landscape

Oversee the meticulous organization and distribution of all landscape architectural plans, specifications, and related project documentation. Implement and maintain a robust document control system to ensure accuracy, version control, and accessibility for the project team. Manage the incoming and outgoing flow of Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals, ensuring timely responses and proper record-keeping. Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to facilitate efficient document exchange and communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in a related field is advantageous. Possession of relevant certifications such as Certified Document Control Specialist (CDCS) is highly desirable. At least 3-5 years of dedicated experience in document control, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, with a focus on landscaping projects. Demonstrated proficiency in using document management software (e.g., Procore, Aconex, BIM and standard office suites (Microsoft Office). Employment Type Full-time
