Job Overview
Calculate material quantities, labor costs, and overhead expenses to produce comprehensive and competitive project estimates. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate designs and costings. Review project plans and specifications to identify potential design challenges or cost-saving opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical field. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in both drafting and cost estimation within the fire protection industry. Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and estimating software (e.g., Odoo, Timberline, Planswift). Employment Type Full-time
