E Commerce Specialist

Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, and marketplace accounts. Create SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, keywords, and high-quality product images. Resolve account-related issues, listing suppressions, suspensions, and policy violations. Identify and report unauthorized third-party sellers and protect company brands and distribution rights. Monitor sales performance, competitor activity, and marketplace compliance. Handle customer inquiries, orders, returns, and other marketplace operations as required. Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels, including Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, Shopify, and any other e-commerce platforms assigned by the management. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon, Trendyol, and Shopify. Skills in SEO content writing, product image creation/editing, and listing optimization. Experience resolving marketplace issues and handling unauthorized seller complaints. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Employment Type Full-time
