Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description Lead cross-functional teams in the conceptualization and execution of development projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government authorities, and strategic partners, to facilitate project approvals and smooth execution Provide strategic guidance on design and master planning, ensuring alignment with market demands and emerging trends Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure the successful realization of the project's vision and business case Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development function, optimizing processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for new developments, maximizing market penetration and revenue generation Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, leveraging market intelligence to inform decision-making and strategy formulation Oversee the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring expenditure and revenue streams to optimize project profitability Drive sustainability initiatives within development projects, integrating environmental and social considerations into project planning and execution Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is preferred Minimum 18+ years of experience in real estate development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Prior UAE experience is mandatory Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of local regulations, zoning laws, and permitting processes related to real estate development Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Company Industry Real Estate Department / Functional Area Engineering Keywords ED - Development - RE Developer Get real-time job updates only on our App
