E&I Cost Assistant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and tracking of E&I project budgets, ensuring all costs are accurately recorded and reconciled. Support the E&I Cost Engineer in forecasting project expenditures and identifying potential cost deviations. Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests related to E&I equipment and services. Maintain detailed cost records and generate regular cost reports for project management review. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience as a Cost Assistant or in a similar administrative/finance role within the E&I sector. Familiarity with E&I project lifecycle and associated cost management principles. Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
