Employee Relations Coordinator

Investigate and resolve employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, acting as a key point of contact for employee inquiries. Administer and explain employee benefits programs, addressing individual employee questions and concerns. Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate must be currently employed with a stable and continuous employment history; candidates with significant work interruptions are not preferred. 1–2 years of relevant HR experience is required. Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent. Candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree will also be considered. Strong preference for candidates with experience in employee relations / HR coordination / HR administration. Candidates should be currently based in the UAE and available for the role as required.
