End User Security Engineer – DLP

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Provide hands-on support for DLP and endpoint data protection controls across the organization. Configure, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot DLP policies and endpoint security controls. Investigate and manage DLP incidents related to data transfer, USB devices, email, web uploads, printing, and other endpoint activities. Support user adoption, awareness, and remediation of DLP policy violations. Assist with data classification, sensitive data identification, and endpoint protection initiatives. Analyze DLP alerts, identify recurring issues, and recommend improvements to policies and controls. Coordinate with IT, Security Operations, and business users to resolve endpoint security and DLP issues. Maintain incident records, operational reports, documentation, and knowledge articles. Desired Candidate Profile Strong hands-on experience with DLP technologies, preferably in large enterprise environments. Practical experience with endpoint security, DLP agents, policy enforcement, and incident investigation. Good understanding of Windows endpoints, data protection, information security, and user activity monitoring. Experience handling DLP incidents and working directly with end users. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
