Our client builds scalable digital solutions that create engaging user experiences while providing monetisation strategies for global content creators. They operate high throughput systems processing massive transaction volumes across global networks Discover the Role As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the Infrastructure and Services team while remaining hands on with technical delivery. You will manage software engineers, provide technical leadership for high throughput systems processing billions of daily requests, and shape software solutions to match business goals. Desired Candidate Profile Eight or more years of professional software development experience. Minimum two years in a management or technical leadership role. Strong expertise with Node.js and TypeScript. Demonstrated experience scaling cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. Hands on skill with relational databases like PostgreSQL and in memory data stores like Redis. Experience using AI assisted coding tools within engineering workflows. Proficiency with Go or background in AdTech is desirable.
