Enterprise Account Executive III
Job Overview
Hi there! We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive III to join our Sales team. Our sales team is tenured, technically curious, and genuinely invested in doing right by the customer, not just closing the deal in front of them. We partner closely across the business, and we operate with a lot of trust: you're given real ownership over your territory, and you're expected to bring your own judgment to how you build it. This role carries real weight. You'll be responsible for a book of enterprise accounts where the deals are complex, the buying committees are large, and the technical bar is high. There's meaningful room here to shape how your territory gets built, not just execute against someone else's plan. As an Enterprise Account Executive III, you'll own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from first conversation through negotiation and close, working alongside sales engineering, customer success, and leadership to get complex deals across the line. This role matters because enterprise wins are how Camunda grows its footprint in large, strategic accounts, and how we prove the platform works at scale. What You Will Do Own and execute the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting through negotiation and close. Build and drive strategic account plans that identify whitespace, map stakeholders, and set a realistic path to close. Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees, including technical, business, and executive buyers. Partner with sales engineering and customer success to build technical credibility and ensure a smooth handoff after close. Represent Camunda's value to senior leaders and technical buyers, tailoring the pitch to what each audience actually cares about. Forecast accurately and manage pipeline health with discipline, not optimism. What You Will Bring to the Role Must live in UAE Must have at least 5 years Enterprise sales Experience in UAE Public Sector Significant experience closing enterprise software deals end-to-end, ideally six figures or more, with a track record across multiple full sales cycles. You know what it takes to move a deal from first meeting to signature without losing momentum. Comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments. You've worked deals with C-suite, IT, legal, and procurement in the room at the same time, and you know how to keep everyone moving in the same direction. Strong territory and account planning instincts. You can build a plan independently and know how to prioritize where your time actually pays off. The ability to sell technical products credibly. Experience with process automation, integration platforms, middleware, or similar technical software is a real advantage, since you'll regularly be in the room with engineering and IT buyers. Negotiation experience under genuine pressure. You know where to hold firm and where to flex, and you can explain your reasoning either way. A relationship-building style that goes beyond the transaction. You've had customers treat you as an advisor, not just a vendor, and you know what it took to earn that. Ability and/or willingness to use our product .
