Enterprise Application Developer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise-grade business applications across digital workplace, ERP, workflow automation, and identity management platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in enterprise application development, business process automation, API integrations, and platform customization to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing business solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise applications and business solutions. Implement and support enterprise platforms for collaboration, ERP, workflow automation, and service management. Develop and integrate applications using REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integration patterns. Customize enterprise applications to meet business and operational requirements. Build and automate business workflows using BPM and workflow orchestration platforms. Configure authentication and authorization using enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability. Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support knowledge transfer activities. Follow enterprise architecture, security, governance, and development best practices. Must-Have Skills Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint . Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP OR Odoo ERP . Experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow solutions. Hands-on experience with IBM BPM OR Camunda OR Flowable for workflow and business process automation. Experience with Okta OR Keycloak for Identity and Access Management (IAM). Strong experience developing and consuming REST APIs , Web Services, and enterprise application integrations. Good understanding of enterprise application architecture, authentication, authorization, and integration patterns. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Good to Have Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms. Knowledge of enterprise content management solutions. Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure , AWS , or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Experience with SQL and relational databases. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies. Understanding of enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 6 12+ years of experience in enterprise application development, platform customization, system integration, or digital transformation initiatives. Preferred Skills Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation projects. Ability to work across multiple enterprise platforms and technologies. Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new enterprise technologies and platforms. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 6 12+ years of experience in enterprise application development, platform customization, system integration, or digital transformation initiatives. Preferred Skills Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation projects. Ability to work across multiple enterprise platforms and technologies. Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new enterprise technologies and platforms.
