ERP Product Manager - Accounting

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: - Lead major product initiatives across Idaratech's enterprise suite and define the long-term product roadmap. - Own the product direction for one or more core enterprise modules HR, ERP (CRM, Project Management, Supply Chain Management), and Accounting/Finance from discovery through delivery. - Drive discovery workshops with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, and client-facing teams) to translate business and client needs into clear PRDs and user stories. - Work closely with enterprise clients to understand complex operational workflows and turn them into practical, scalable product solutions. - Mentor junior PMs and support their career growth. - Use data-driven decision-making to balance customer needs with business goals. - Own KPIs such as adoption, retention, and revenue impact across assigned modules. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements: - 5 7 years in product management, ideally in SaaS/enterprise software. - Proven hands-on experience with HR systems and ERP platforms is required. - Solid understanding of accounting and financial systems (e.g., general ledger, invoicing, payroll integration) and how they connect to broader ERP workflows. - Prior experience working in a software house / software development company is a must comfortable operating in a delivery-driven environment with multiple concurrent products and client commitments. - Experience managing cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical background with advanced tools knowledge (SQL, BI tools). - Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution. - Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
