ERP Techno-Functional Finance Consultant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced ERP Techno-Functional Finance Consultant (Oracle EBS) to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle E-Business Suite Financial applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Financial modules, technical development, business process analysis, and end-to-end ERP implementation and support. The candidate will work closely with business users to gather requirements, develop solutions, conduct testing, and provide ongoing production support. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops with stakeholders. Prepare functional analysis, solution design, and gap analysis documents. Recommend process improvements and business process re-engineering. Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS Financial applications. Develop technical solutions using Oracle Forms, Reports, JDeveloper, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Workflow/AME . Estimate effort and timelines for enhancements and new developments. Build and execute test scenarios, support UAT, and coordinate production deployments. Perform application development according to functional and technical specifications. Provide daily support and maintenance for Oracle Financial modules. Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with Oracle Support by managing Service Requests (SRs). Maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and user manuals. Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support. Collaborate with functional teams, business users, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Required Technical Skills Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Financial Modules , including: Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) General Ledger (GL) Fixed Assets (FA) Cash Management (CM) iSupplier Supply Chain Management (SCM) Hands-on experience with: Oracle Forms & Reports Oracle JDeveloper Oracle Workflow Approval Management Engine (AME) Oracle APEX Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming skills. Experience in Oracle application customization, enhancements, and integrations. Knowledge of Oracle System Administration is an advantage. Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and business process automation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS application development and techno-functional consulting. Oracle Financial Development or Oracle Financial Track Certification is preferred. Experience in Oracle ERP Financial implementation and support projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Strong communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Mandatory Requirements Arabic language proficiency is mandatory. Minimum 8 years of Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Finance experience . Strong expertise in Oracle Financial modules and Oracle development tools. Experience in user training, production support, and stakeholder management. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS application development and techno-functional consulting. Oracle Financial Development or Oracle Financial Track Certification is preferred. Experience in Oracle ERP Financial implementation and support projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
