ESCO Engineer (CEM Certified)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct ASHRAE Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 energy audits for commercial and industrial facilities. Analyse energy consumption using utility data, BMS trends, and system performance evaluation. Identify and develop Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) for HVAC systems, electrical systems, lighting, and building automation systems. Prepare technical reports including energy audit reports, savings calculations, and feasibility analysis. Develop Measurement and Verification (M&V) plans in accordance with IPMVP guidelines. Support implementation of energy efficiency retrofit projects and performance verification. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Energy Engineering. Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) is mandatory. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in energy audits, ESCO projects, or sustainability consulting. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building automation systems. Preferred Experience: Experience in hotels, commercial buildings, hospitals, airports, or large commercial facilities. Knowledge of ASHRAE standards, IPMVP protocols, and energy modelling tools.
