Estimation And Procurement Engineer

Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates for landscape projects. Review drawings, specifications and project requirements. Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations. Prepare rate analyses, cost comparisons and commercial proposals. Source landscape materials and reliable suppliers. Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules. Prepare purchase orders and coordinate material deliveries. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers and suppliers. Maintain supplier and material price databases. Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative materials. Desired Candidate Profile 3–5 years of experience in estimation and procurement. UAE experience in landscaping, construction or contracting preferred. Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimation. Good understanding of landscape materials, including hardscape, softscape, irrigation and water features. Ability to read AutoCAD drawings. Strong Excel skills. Good supplier negotiation and communication skills. Well-organised, detail-oriented and commercially minded. Experience with luxury residential projects preferred. UAE driving licence preferred.
