Estimation Engineer (FIRE AND SAFTY)
Job Overview
Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and scope of work to accurately quantify fire and safety system requirements. Develop detailed cost estimates for fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, fire suppression systems, and safety equipment. Source and negotiate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors for specialized fire and safety components and services. Prepare comprehensive tender documents, including bill of quantities, technical proposals, and pricing breakdowns.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Professional certifications such as NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) in relevant fire protection areas. Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating fire and safety systems for commercial, industrial, or institutional projects. Proven expertise in reading and interpreting complex architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings. Employment Type Full-time
