Estimation Manager

Own BOQ coding, quantity take-off and full tender preparation in CCS Build bespoke RFQ packages: specifications, drawings, BOQ and contract terms Coordinate with contracts teams to secure back-to-back, fixed-price terms Lead technical and commercial tables of comparison with subcontractors Chair subcontractor meetings on scope, programme, method and contract compliance Present weekly tender reports to the Board and final reviews to the tender committee Develop and execute bid-winning strategy across live tenders Hold cost-per-sqm and unit-rate KPIs to protect winning margins Own the full top sheet: direct and indirect costs, risk, overhead, escalation, finance, tax

Desired Candidate Profile

B.Sc in Civil Engineering from a US or UK accredited university Experience at an international prime contractor on projects of $200m+ or more GCC project experience across major infrastructure or high-rise developments Hands-on BOQ coding in CCS, quantity take-off and RFQ package preparation A track record leading tender teams and presenting to Board or tender committee level Long-tenured career history with recognised construction firms
