Tender Review tender documents, architectural and interior drawings, specifications, BOQs, and client requirements. Thoroughly understand project scope, specifications, and commercial requirements. Identify missing information, discrepancies, and scope gaps. Raise technical and commercial clarifications before finalizing pricing. Quantity Take-Off & Estimation Prepare accurate and detailed quantity take-offs from: PDF drawings AutoCAD drawings SketchUp and various 3D formats BOQs Joinery shop drawings Prepare detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) and cost breakdowns. Calculate material quantities, wastage, hardware, labour, manufacturing, finishing, installation, and other project-related costs. Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations and ensure competitive material pricing. Prepare complete project estimates independently and accurately. Ensure pricing supports the company's required profit margins. Manage multiple active tenders simultaneously while meeting strict submission deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Joinery Estimator. Experience must be with a joinery manufacturing company. Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers, local material pricing, and hardware brands. Proven ability to independently manage the complete estimation process without continuous supervision. Excellent ability to read and interpret architectural, interior design, and joinery drawings. Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing methods and production processes. Good understanding of material consumption, wastage, fabrication, finishing, and installation requirements. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Ability to handle multiple tenders and prioritize work effectively. Software Skills AutoCAD – Required Microsoft Excel – Advanced proficiency required SketchUp – Added advantage Ability to work with PDF drawings and various 3D drawing formats.
