Core Banking Specialist (ETHIX – ITS)Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced  with strong ETHIX Core Banking expertise (ITS platform) to support and enhance critical banking applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CASA, Term Deposits, End-of-Day (EOD) processing, and production support, along with strong technical skills in .NET technologies and database systems. This role involves incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and system stabilization in a live banking environment. Key Responsibilities:Provide L3 production support for ETHIX Core Banking applicationsHandle incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in live environmentsPerform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixesManage and support End-of-Day (EOD) processing, batch jobs, reruns, and failure resolutionWork on CASA (Current & Savings Accounts) and Term Deposit (TD) modulesResolve transaction posting issues, reconciliation mismatches, and balancing discrepanciesAnalyze accounting entries and General Ledger (GL) impactsSupport and troubleshoot Standing Orders processingCollaborate with business and functional teams to understand requirements and issuesEnsure system stability, performance, and availabilityParticipate in code fixes, enhancements, and deployments
