Event Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Event Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the events, exhibitions, production, or related industry and a strong ability to generate new business and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and online platforms
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and proposals to convert opportunities into confirmed business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with Design, Production, AV, and Operations teams for smooth project handover
• Maintain accurate client and sales information in the CRM system
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling
• Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings to generate new business
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management

Requirements

• Previous experience in corporate event sales, exhibitions, event management, or a related industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
• Good knowledge of the UAE events and corporate market is an advantage
• UAE driving license is an advantage
• Proficiency in English is required
