Executive - HR Analytics / HR Data Analyst

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Support the HR Business Partner and business leadership in delivering effective people solutions through data-driven HR insights, workforce analytics, reporting, and business partnering. Analyse employee and workforce data, develop meaningful HR dashboards and reports, identify trends and risks, and translate data into actionable insights to support business and people decisions. Partner with the HRBP and Business Units on day-to-day HR matters, manpower planning, employee movements, performance, engagement, and employee relations. Manage end-to-end manpower budgeting and forecasting, including headcount and cost analysis, budget vs. actual variance analysis, and workforce recommendations. Analyse workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable insights on headcount, attrition, absenteeism, vacancies, manpower cost, and workforce productivity. Support workforce cost analysis, including salary costs, overtime, incentives, allowances, and other employee-related costs. Develop and maintain HR dashboards and management reports using advanced Excel, Power BI, and HR systems such as Oracle HCM/People Hub. Develop workforce forecasts and support business leaders with manpower planning and scenario analysis. Conduct attrition and retention analysis, identifying key drivers and recommending appropriate HR interventions. Support workforce planning and manpower budgeting by analysing current headcount, vacancies, business requirements, and cost implications. Analyse recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, vacancy ageing, offer acceptance, and joining ratios to improve hiring effectiveness. Support analysis of performance, employee engagement, talent, and employee movement data and provide meaningful insights to HR. Support people management initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and employee relations. Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data across HR systems and reporting platforms. Automate recurring HR reports and improve HR reporting efficiency through data visualisation and analytics. Prepare data-driven presentations and recommendations for HR and business leadership. Support HR projects, system enhancements, UAT, and continuous improvement initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, and dashboards. Good understanding of HR metrics, workforce analytics, and data interpretation. Working knowledge of Oracle HCM/People Hub or other HRIS. Only candidates who can join immediately are considered.
