Executive Accountant

Prepare and review monthly books of accounts and submit them to HO. Manage month-end and year-end closing activities. Verify expenses and obtain HO approvals. Record daily transactions and reconcile cash, bank, and corporate card accounts. Monitor yard stock movements and ensure accurate system entries. Process GRPOs, purchase contracts, delivery notes, and invoices. Prepare project-wise reports and maintain financial records. Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments. Ensure accurate general ledger entries and financial reporting. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing, recycling, or trading industry. Strong knowledge of general accounting, month-end closing, and financial reporting. Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or similar software. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial data analysis. Experience in bank, vendor, customer, and stock reconciliations. Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills to work with HO and internal teams. Employment Type Full-time
