Female Security Shift Captain (Saudi National)
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced Female Security Shift Captain to supervise daily security operations and lead security personnel during assigned shifts. The successful candidate will ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, facilities, and assets while maintaining compliance with company policies and security procedures. Security Training Valid Driving License and Ability to Drive Patrol vehicles. Basic First Aid Training. A criminal free record from ELM. Able to read, write English Language. Fluency in English Speaking. Supervise and coordinate security guards during assigned shifts. Ensure all security posts are properly staffed and operational. Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises. Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and access control systems. Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches. Prepare and submit daily shift reports, incident reports, and handover notes. Brief security staff at the beginning of each shift and assign duties. Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety procedures. Investigate and document incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities. Coordinate with management, emergency responders, and external authorities when required. Train and mentor junior security personnel. Maintain professional conduct and discipline among the security team. Ensure visitors, contractors, and employees follow access control procedures. Desired Candidate Profile Saudi Arabian National (Female). High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is preferred. Minimum 5–10 years of security experience, including supervisory responsibilities. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication skills in Arabic and English proficiency is an advantage. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively. Physically fit and able to perform patrol duties when required. Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and incident reporting procedures. Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Security or safety certification is an advantage. Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, or industrial security operations. Basic computer knowledge for reporting and monitoring systems.
