Field Civil Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects adhere to engineering plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks of construction work to identify and rectify any deficiencies or deviations from the design. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate construction schedules, resolve site issues, and maintain project progress. Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including tracking work completed, resources used, and any challenges encountered. Desired Candidate Profile Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering principles. Holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license or is actively pursuing licensure, showcasing a commitment to professional standards and ethics. Demonstrates a minimum of 7 years of experience in field civil engineering, with a proven track record of successful project execution. Exhibits expertise in construction management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
