Finance & Administration Manager

Role Purpose Act as the central coordination and follow-up point between the Owner and the management teams of the different companies and assets. Oversee administrative activities, procedures, documentation, contracts, renewals and internal coordination. Follow up on the Owner's decisions, instructions, pending matters and action points and ensure timely implementation. Monitor operational issues and coordinate with managers, suppliers, banks, accountants, auditors, lawyers and consultants as required. Coordinate matters related to properties and hotels, including maintenance, suppliers, services and collections. Review periodic management and financial reports and highlight important matters requiring the Owner's attention. Prepare concise status updates for the Owner on priorities and pending matters across the different businesses. Support procurement, cost control, internal procedures and administrative improvements. Conduct periodic visits to businesses/properties and undertake occasional travel when required. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Owner's companies, assets and information. Desired Candidate Profile -Strong administration, organization, coordination and follow-up skills; broad operational exposure; ability to deal with multiple businesses, managers, suppliers and external parties; good understanding of financial reports, costs, collections and basic financial controls -Experience within diversified groups, family-owned businesses, hospitality, real estate or multi-company environments is highly preferred. Hands-on profile, high discretion and confidentiality. Occasional business travel may be required.
